Neenah Lacrosse: Hiring Youth Director (paid) + Junior Rep + EOY Tournament Lead

1) Youth Director of Lacrosse — Paid ($1,000 + approved expenses)

Season: mid-January to end of May
Time: about 8 hours per week, evenings and some weekends

Responsibilities

Coordinate ordering and distribution of uniforms and equipment
Manage registration: sign-ups, fees, and required forms
Serve as Tournament Director: choose events, register teams, handle logistics and travel; work with HS coaches
Recruit, onboard, and support youth coaches; organize coaching clinics and resources
Share schedules and updates with families and players
Partner with coaches on age-appropriate skill development
Keep a safe, positive program that values sportsmanship and respect
Promote the sport locally through outreach, clinics, and community events

Helpful background

Strong organization and leadership
Lacrosse knowledge and a player-development mindset
Clear communication with parents, players, and coaches
Flexibility to work evenings/weekends in season
Experience in youth sports or coaching (nice to have)

2) End-of-Year (EOY) Tournament Lead (Volunteer)

Own the plan and budget for the season-ending event
Secure fields, vendors, and officials
Build the schedule and recruit volunteers
Run day-of operations

3) Junior Rep (Volunteer)

Plan and Run day-of operations for Senior Night
Support player and parent communication during the season
