Youth
The Neenah Lacrosse Youth program is designed for boys and girls who are not yet high school-aged. It provides a fun and supportive environment where athletes can learn the game of lacrosse, develop fundamental skills, build confidence and grow as part of a team while connecting with other players throughout the community.
Ages
Grades 3-8. Please contact the Youth Director for exceptions.
When
This program runs from early spring (March/ April) through the end of the school year.
Practices
Younger age groups typically practice 2 times per week while older U14 teams typically practice 2-3 times per week. Practices are generally held in the early evening, pending field conditions and available daylight.
Games
Games will be played on weekends, typically Sundays.
Boys Jerseys/Equipment
Jerseys and shorts must be purchased at time of registration if needed.
Players are responsible for the following equipment
- Helmet
- Gloves
- Stick
- Shoulder pads
- Elbow pads
- Protective cup
- Mouthguard
- Cleats
Shoulder pads/ chest protector MUST be NOCSAE certified.
*Please ask the Youth Director for available used equipment if needed.
Girls Jerseys/ Equipment
Jerseys will need to be purchased at the time of registration if needed.
Players are responsible for the following equipment:
- Black shorts
- Goggles
- Girls stick (different than boys)
- Mouthguard
- Cleats

Additional Costs
Travel to surrounding areas for games.
