Rocket Stadium Game Day Spectator Information

All Levels

Neenah High School Administration is asking spectators to respect the guidelines that have been put into place to keep all involved healthy. We are very grateful that our student-athletes have an opportunity to participate in a game that they have worked so hard to participate in. Let’s make sure that they have many more games to play this year.

Spectator

Arrival Time:

30 Minutes before game time

 

Admission:

We are allowing spectators (no limit) and require masks and distancing when moving about the stadium and sitting in the stands. We trust that all spectators will respect and honor these two requirements.

Viewing:

See Diagram Below - Please plan on sitting in pairs (Families) and to social distance in the bleachers.

Mask:

All Spectators must wear masks properly upon arrival into the stadium and

throughout the whole game

Social

Distancing:

The expectation is that spectators will social distance themselves upon arrival into the

stadium and throughout the whole game

Post-Game:

No Spectator Gatherings with players after the game.

Covid Protocols

LOCKER ROOM 

Changing Space will be Available

TEAM ARRIVAL TIME 

45-60 Minutes before game time

MASKS 

Masks will be worn by all spectators, coaches, essential workers, and officials at all times and social distancing should be adhered to as much as possible. 

Student-athletes will be masked at all times when not participating in the game (i.e., on the sideline, at halftime, on the bus, during pre-game, after the game)

SIDELINE - ESSENTIAL 

WORKERS ALLOWED:

Players, Coaches, Officials, Media, and 1 Team Photographer allowed on the sideline.

PRESSBOX STAFF 

Both teams will have one section of the pressbox for your coaching staff/Film, which can handle 2-4 individuals

OFFICIALS 

SPECTATORS ALLOWED 

Masked at all times 

Arrive dressed for the game 

A meeting area will be made available when possible. 

We are allowing spectators (no limit) and require masks and distancing when moving about the stadium and sitting in the stands. We trust that all spectators will respect and honor these two requirements.

SPECTATOR ARRIVAL TIME 

30 Minutes before Gametime. See Spectator Guide. Be mindful of social distancing when entering and moving about the stadium.

SPECTATOR DEPARTURE 

Spectators will leave immediately after the game 

Do not gather with others or with team/athlete(s) 

Be mindful of social distancing when leaving the facility.

END OF GAME PROCEDURE 

No team handshake after the game - Sportsmanship wave allowed 

Teams meet in their endzone as spectators leave. Teams should be socially distanced as the coach addresses the team. 

Teams check the bench area for cleanliness and equipment and leave the field

The visiting team walks off-field to team bus(es) 

The home team walks off-field to school or team bus(es)

 

No gathering near student section or parents after the game by either team
